About Us
Dr. Bryan Mohr and his wife, Julie, purchased the existing veterinary practice, Matchett Veterinary Clinic, from Dr. B.J. Matchett in 1992. The Mohrs renamed the clinic Greentown Animal Hospital and, since seeing their first patient in July of 1992, have strived to offer quality care for the community's dogs and cats.

We believe that in order to achieve this goal we must employ educated and friendly staff with strong pet bonds, family values, and great people skills. We value our clients and the pets they share with us. Above all else, we wish to provide up-to-date medical and surgical treatments, advice, and gentle, loving veterinary care so that our clients may have healthy dog and cat companions with them for as long as possible.

    Bryan L. Mohr, D.V.M., Practice Owner

    Dr. Mohr is the head veterinarian and practice owner. After graduating from Purdue University in 1989, Dr. Mohr worked in Marion for a mixed (small and large) animal practice. In 1992 he purchased Greentown Animal Hospital from Dr. B.J. Matchett. Greentown Animal Hospital continued as a mixed animal veterinary practice until 1997, when Dr. Mohr chose to focus exclusively on dogs and cats, offering full service medical and surgical care for his canine and feline patients.

    Scott Emch, D.V.M.

    Dr. Emch graduated from Purdue University in 1989. Scott is a relief Veterinarian and comes to our hospital once a month. Scott lives in the Indianapolis area and we are very grateful for the services he has been able to provide to us and our patients. He is a highly qualified veterinarian who shares his gifts not only with us, but with those in the Indianapolis area as well.

    Julie M. Mohr, R.V.T.

    Julie graduated from Purdue in 1987 as a Veterinary Technician. Julie worked as the ICU Technician at Purdue University prior to marrying Dr. Mohr in 1989. She has worked in practices in Fort Wayne and in Marion prior to their purchase of this practice. Currently she is working full time here at the hospital.

    Kerri Griffin, Technical Assistant

    Kerri works part time as an assistant to our doctors and office staff. Kerri has been working at our hospital since August of 1997. Kerri is also the owner/operator of County Line K9, an obedience and behavior modification facility.     Holly Pregno

    Holly works as a full time receptionist at our hospital and has been with us since July of 2003. Holly brings excellent phone and computer skills to our front office.

    Courtney works as an assistant to the doctors and technicians. She has been employed at our hospital since April 2012. She is a graduate of the Vet Tech Institute in Fort Wayne.

    Lisa Mc Kinney, Technical Assistant

    Lisa works as a full time assistant to our doctors. She has been with us since May 2011. She brings with her many years of experience in the veterinary field.

    C.C. is rarely seen in the office during the summer, but during the winter entertains himself by trying to escape in visiting cats carriers.
